Rolyan QuickCast "2" is ideally suited for serial splinting or casting of fingers, as well as for pediatric applications. It can be applied quickly to the patient's skin and provides for a low-profile splint. QuickCast "2" sets faster than casting material and does not require undercast padding. It can be removed with cast scissors and does not require a cast saw. Heat with a mini hairdryer or heat gun. For best activation, use QuickCast "2" in segments 5 inches in length or shorter. Multiple segments can be used in conjunction to make a larger splint.
