Cleaning and disinfecting the ROHO AirLite Wheelchair Cushion is a two-step process, and the cushion and cover must be done separately. To clean the cushion, remove the cover. Gently wipe with a cloth that is dampened with water and a household detergent. Allow the foam to air dry completely. To disinfect the cushion, make sure it has been cleaned first. Repeat the cleaning procedure using a household disinfectant, and allow to air dry completely. To clean the cover, begin by unzipping and removing the cover from the cushion. Machine wash the cover in cold water with mild detergent on the gentle cycle and air dry. Do not use bleach. To disinfect the cover, machine wash in hot water with detergent and allow to air dry
