How are the Sammons Preston Mouth Sticks measured?
Sammons Preston Mouth Sticks are measured from the outside edge of the mouthpiece to the tip of the mouthstick.
What are the care and cleaning instructions for Mouth Sticks?
Clean the Mouth Sticks after every use. They may be autoclaved if desired. For proper care and hygiene: Clean the sleeves using only hot soapy water and/or Isopropyl Alcohol 70%. Be sure the insides of the sleeves are dry before reapplying to the biteplate. The exact process will clean the biteplate after the sleeves are removed. To clean the distal end, use a damp cloth and/or Isopropyl Alcohol 70% on a swab. Caution: Do not immerse the distal end in any liquid.
Do Mouth Sticks sleeves contain latex?
Mouth Sticks are made with synthetic rubber sleeves and do not contain latex or natural rubber.
