To clean the Vista Collar pads, use water and a mild soap to wipe the pads by hand. Dry the pads by patting them with a towel and lay flat to dry. Do no use a heat source to dry the pads or use a washing machine to clean.

To adjust the height of the Vista Collar, simply pull and turn the height adjustment dial and select one of the six height settings.
