To care for the self-adhesive electrodes for the Primera TENS/NMES, the short pin connectors but be securely attached to the electrode. Replace the electrodes onto a plastic film after each use. If the electrodes drop to the floor, debris will stick to the conductive gel rendering the electrodes ineffective.
