The gel in the Skil-Care Heel Floats is gel-based and can be used for hot and cold therapy. For heat therapy, warm the gel in water at the desired temperature, do not microwave. For cold therapy, place the gel in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
Are Skil-Care Heel Floats machine washable?
Skil-Care Heel Floats can be machine washed and dried at temperatures that do not exceed 180 degrees. Do not use bleach. Remove the gel pack before laundering.
