There are multiple cleaning agents that are compatible with the Health o meter Professional 600KL Heavy Duty Eye Level Scale with Digital Height Rod. 1. Mild soap and water solution. Wipe the outside of the scale with a soft cloth slightly dampened with a mild detergent solution. Dry with a clean, soft cloth. 2. Sani-cloth or CaviWipes. Wipe the surface of the scale. Allow the surface to dry a minimum of 10 minutes before using the scale. 3. 10% Isopropyl Alcohol. Wipe the surface of the scale with a clean cloth slightly dampened with 70% isopropyl alcohol. 4. 10% Chlorine Bleach Solution. Wipe the scale with a soft cloth slightly dampened with a 10% chlorine bleach solution. Rinse with a cloth slightly dampened with water. Allow the surface to dry a minimum of 10 minutes before using the scale. Note: Never place any part of the scale in water. Do not spray the unit with liquid.
