Ordered online? Go to the Track Order page and provide your order number and email to view the order status – no account login required.


For all orders: you can find the status, ETA, and tracking information in My Orders, regardless of how the order was placed. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers, and items shipping in the same packaging will be grouped together.  Items pending shipment will be grouped separately until shipped. Items ship via FedEx, and delivery method (ground, 2nd Day, etc.) displays next to the tracking number.


How to Track Orders Online

  1. Log in and go to My Orders
  2. Find the order you want to track
  3. Click the arrow to the left to preview details, or click the red button on the right to view that order separately on a new page
  4. View the Delivery Method and Tracking Number(s) for Items Shipped
  5. Select “Track Shipment” to view shipping details directly from the carrier, including estimated delivery date
